This policy explains what data is used by Kulki: Color Lines and for what purpose. The game runs as a PWA/TWA app and as a website available through a browser or mobile app.

Data the game uses

• An anonymous Supabase Auth identifier created for the game profile.
• A display name or nickname set by the player.
• online scores and leaderboard entries, including score, game mode, board settings, and submission time.
• local settings stored on your device, such as saved game state, local best scores, sound, haptics, and colorblind mode.
• Technical data needed for operation, security, and diagnostics, such as basic request, browser, device, or error information.

Why the data is used

• The anonymous identifier links a profile, nickname, and scores to the same game profile.
• The nickname is shown next to scores on the leaderboard.
• Scores are used to run the online leaderboard and remember best games.
• Local data lets you resume play, keep settings, and make the app more comfortable to use.
• Technical data helps keep the app working, detect errors, and reduce abuse.

Leaderboard

The online leaderboard shows best scores for the selected game mode. A public leaderboard entry may show the player's nickname, score, and game parameters, but it does not show the raw Supabase Auth identifier. The leaderboard may include starter bot entries that are not real users.

Data storage

Online profiles and scores are handled by Supabase. Settings, saved game state, and some progress are stored locally in the browser or the app WebView. Static app hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages.

Ads, payments, and notifications

• The game currently does not show ads.
• The game currently does not offer in-app purchases.
• The game currently does not send push notifications.
• User data is not sold.

Data deletion

You can delete app data from the player profile by choosing Delete account and data and confirming the action. This deletes data connected with the verified anonymous profile, including the player profile, leaderboard entries, and online score submissions.
